Camp Eder Policies
We are pleased to have you join us at Camp Eder. This camp and its facilities are dedicated to the Lord’s work as a Christian ministry of the Southern Pennsylvania District Church of the Brethren. Camp Eder is open to all groups whose practices do not conflict with our Christian beliefs. We reserve the right to refusal. The following policies are in effect and we ask your cooperation in abiding by them.

A signed reservation contract and deposit are required within 14 days of original request in order to secure a date. A 90-day notice of cancellation will permit a full refund of deposit. Less than 90-days notice, no deposit will be refunded. A guaranteed number of people must be called into the office 14 days prior to the retreat. This number will be used to prepare the invoice. Payment is due upon arrival at Camp Eder. A prepared invoice will be ready for you. Any additions will be billed to you the Monday after your departure. You will then have 10 days to pay the additional amount. Damage to facilities/equipment will be charged to the individual or group responsible.
